Well since systems are almost always limited by the GPU while gaming I would recommend the Sager NP9262 which features the absolute best GPUs you can get in a notebook today which are dual 9800M GTX running in SLi.

Here is my two cents: I will not suggest a particular model but I will tell you to compare by doing research.

Here is how: The first step is to get information on the current laptops and, as a second step, to search online at stores (like BestBuy) for the best deals on the ones you would really like to have based on research.

This way, you get the best working laptops at the best prices.

As laptop specs change often, it is good to get non-vendor/non-partisan/non-groupie information so you should do some checking on these review/guide sites to help fine tune your search.

At each site, start by checking the current models shown and then you can compare them with others by choosing different options using boxes and drop down menus to customize the search and get what you want in your laptop ( there is even a way on some of those sites to look by inputting the budget (price you are willing to pay) to get choices which won’t blow up your wallet ).

Your time will not be wasted (after all, you get all this from the comfort of your home) and you should find something to your liking and budget.

I’m fed up answering this question but given the amount of cash you claim to have, let me make a suggestion, Spend approx 25% buying a desktop Quad core and Nvidea grafix or 50% for knock-em-dead killer system which would blow away anything, a bit of the rest on a laptop to write letters on (Cos they ain’t no good for gaming!!) and with the change buy some games and a years online subscription to something, and you will be a much happier individual I promise, because in a few months you won’t be looking at the burned out remains of your rubbish laptop with the fried motherboard and trying to get your cash back from a bankrupt supplier!
