You can run bootcamp and install Windows on your Mac.

I believe there are PC emulation programs for Macs, but your game probably wont run as well.

All Macbooks are powered by Intel CPUs, which means you can run Windows on it exactly like a comparable Windows notebook.
If you are running OSX Leopard, it comes with Bootcamp, which allows you to install Windows XP or Vista onto the Mac. (you will need to supply a full-install copy of WinXP or Vista with a valid license key).
Once you install Windows through Bootcamp, you will be able to run your Windows software on it. It’s running Windows natively, exactly like a comparably-configured PC thanks to the Intel CPU, not under emulation.
Those who still think you can’t run Windows software on Macs have been living under a rock for the past several years.
