Not likely. Your old PC games were written for a version of Windows, and the Mac OS is not Windows. Technically, the instruction set is not anywhere near the same.
You CAN install and run Windows on new model Macintoshes (those with Intel processors) using Apple’s Bootcamp software and a legitmate Windows XP/Vista install disk.
